✅ Return Policy

  1. Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  3. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (e.g., cosmetics, personal care items) cannot be returned.
  4. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or wrong.

✅ Refund Policy

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through your original payment method.
  3. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  4. In case of defective or wrong products, you will get a full refund including shipping cost.

✅ Important Notes

Customers are advised to check the product upon delivery before accepting it from the delivery person. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please record an unboxing video at the time of opening the package. Refund/return requests without unboxing proof may be rejected.
